1. Allocate a Person for the Small Details
The thing that can often cause the most stress are the small details. The things that you wouldn't exactly remember but can end up being a very stressful ordeal should you forget them. Examples of the small details include things like a protective stand for the hawan to make sure the venue doesn't get burn marks. Write up a list of all the small things that will need to be remembered on the day and delegate it to a responsible family member. This will save you a lot of stress and money should things go wrong.
2. Don't Forget Travel Time
Living in Hamilton means we often take for granted how long it can take to get to places. On your Wedding Day time will be one of the most important factors that you will need to manage. Make sure that you add on an extra 10-15 mins to the normal travel time when making travel calculations. Moving around in heavy saris, lenghas and dresses can often lead to things taking longer than normal. The heavier your sari the slower you will move.

Your photo and video crew should be able to take full advantage of the beauty of the Hamilton Gardens and can deliver you various 'looks' all in the one location.
